In comparison with the conventional ionized alkaline water, the cluster
molecule of our alkaline water
is much more finely dispersed, and gives enormously improved affinity and
permeability, and that allows
the long range storage.
As safe as water:
Our Alkaline Water has exceptionally high alkaline degree of over 12pH,
on the other hand, it is officially
designated and recognized as 'Usual Water' in Japan. And originally it
was specially developed for the use in
the food processing in view of the safety for the possible issues of the
direct contact on the human skin.
So we can use 'our alkaline water' to achieve the same results as we could
obtain by applying chemicals.
Environment-friendly:
When neutralized, the acid and alkali generate chemical salts, but electrolyzed water simply reverts
to pure water with absolutely no environmental impact.
Our alkaline water will also be highly effective in eliminating static electricity, bacteria and odor.

"MIST DE WAX" does not use allergy-provoking chemicals, which
focused on the nature-friendly concept since the project start. "MIST

Food industry
*Frozen fish (Benefit : Soak the fresh fish in to this alkaline water,
it prevents the juice from dripping away, ensuring the retain of the freshness
of the foods.)
